Family Holiday 27 -31 January 2010
Eating out is a non issue because it is so cold here in Genting.
Lesson Learned - It is very hard to bring along a 2 year old child with you on this kind of trip. Because I end up carrying all the luggage while the wife taking care of the child.
Went to the Casino at 10pm. Won a meager RM900.
Day 2 - Woke up a bit late for the free breakfast buffet. We reached the cafe at around 930am so the food is already almost finish.
Went to the Casino at 1pm. Better luck this time, won RM1000. But at one time losing all my money that is around RM1700. Phew lucky!
Lesson learned: Know how to stop gambling when luck is not on your side. Take a break and enjoy the scenery.
We bought the all in one indoor package for rides in the theme park. Got 30% discount for being a world card member. Nice! But Vanessa can only play 3-4 rides that is suitable for her age. So we decided to just walk around the other rides and take pictures.
Day 3 - Time to pack because we already bought ticket for 12.30 noon bus and we cant missed the skycar cable schedule or we will miss the bust all together.
Had breakfast at 830am, gosh so many people during this early time.
Went for last Casino time before leaving, won RM600 and went back to the hotel room to help pack our things.
Managed to catch the bus on time, but my back hurts so much from carrying all the luggage around genting to reach the skycar station.
Checked in at Boulevard Hotel at 2.30pm, took an hour rest and then it is time to SHOP! Wife bought a handbag, Vanessa some dress and me got to survey dslr items.
Vanessa run out of battery at 8pm so we have to go back to the hotel room.
Watch Liverpool won 2-0 against Bolton!
Day 4 - Woke up early because today we are going back to KK already. Met up with Juliet at noon and have lunch together at food court Midvalley.
Bought DSLR accessories after negotiating a good deal in my opinion for battery grip, flash and a battery.
Took KTM Komuter to KL sentral because it is the most cheaper and then SKybus to LCCT. Bad news! Flight delayed. So we only reach KK at 9.30pm.
It is a good breakaway although we did not got to go many other places since traveling with a 2 year old kid is just so hard.
