Michael Jackson died at the age of 50. RIP.

Pop star Michael Jackson was pronounced dead today after paramedics found him in a coma at his Bel-Air mansion, city and law enforcement sources told The Times.
Los Angeles Fire Department Capt. Steve Ruda told The Times that paramedics responded to a 911 call from the home. When they arrived, Jackson was not breathing.
The paramedics performed CPR and took Jackson to UCLA Medical Center, Ruda said. Hundreds of reporters gathered at the hospital awaiting word on his condition. The sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said family members rushed to Jackson’s bedside, where he was in a deep coma.
When I was growing up, I remember watching the thriller clips, the moonwalk and of course the pepsi ads featuring Michael Jackson. I even tried to do the moonwalk with little success. I don't care about the plastic surgery, child molestation scandal or his dangling nose, all I want to say that he is a talented and successful entertainer during his days.
RIP to the King of Pop. May God bless your soul.

DIY at my home part 1
But one thing remain the problem for our family washing machine: the pipe that connect to the water supply will leak out and dirty the floor after every wash. See picture below for the problematic connection:
So during the last weekend I decided that enough is enough and try to solve the problems with all the tools that I had:
After 1 hour plus of trying some kind of connections, after some wet moments when the pipe leak more than before, I finally got the right and cheap solution using a rubber hose and some pipe glue:
Actually it might have taken me less time to fix it if not for some very young and spoilt girl interrupting my every move:
With her "Daddy can you carry me around look" on her face.
You can visit her blog at: My Name is Vannessa Lorraine David lol.
Next DIY part two will involve repairing a broken/cracked kitchen ceiling.
See ya.

You can't buy anything anymore with RM 1 MILLION!
Old Man 1: I bet you One Million Ringgit, that company is losing money.
Old Man 2: RM 1 Million? That's not much. What can you buy with One Million Ringgit these days?
Old Man 1: Remember how, in those days, you could actually buy a house with One Million Ringgit?
Old Man 2: And finance a hostile takeover of a family business.
Old Man 1: You can't buy anything anymore with One Million Ringgit nowadays.
Old Man 2: Just art, I suppose. Painting, music, literature, that kind of rubbish.
Old Man 1: But what for? You can't pet them or have sex with them.
Old Man 2: Hmmm, and they make you feel so sleepy.
Old Man 1: And when you die, if you die, everyone remembers the artist, never the patron.
Old Man 2: Tell me about it.
Old Man 1: Haiyah, its a good thing lah, we're billionaires now
Old Man 2: Heh heh heh heh
